December 19-21: TNFC had over 200 players participate in this winter’s first indoor training event called Sniper School. The school focused on ball striking, shooting, and finishing. This class was the first in a series of high level specialized skills training TNFC will offer going forward. “Our goal is to build the individual capability of every TNFC player, to equip them with the skills they need to compete at the highest level” says DOC Tommy Cochran. When traveling to all those tournaments around the country, you never know who’ll be watching. That’s what one keeper for TNFC’s program found out this fall when she was selected to attend US Club Soccer’s id2 Regional Training Camp in Frisco, Texas. [more info]
