TNFC Compulsory Skills
The following moves are being taught to every TNFC athlete. The expectation is that club players will be responsible for knowing and being able to perform each move.
TNFC's Director of Coaching, Tommy Cochran, and Technical Director, Laban Defriese, will be testing the athletes on these moves at the end of the month. Each player will be asked to describe and perform the moves.
