 TNFC Manager/Treasurer Handbook

Thank you for taking on the responsibility of managing a team at the Tennessee Futbol Club! Your role as a team manager or treasurer is a vital component in the experience the players and parents have each year. This handbook has been created to help you with your duties as a TNFC team manager or team treasurer. Each section outlines the role of the manager, treasurer, and coach for that particular function. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the appropriate Vice President of Boys/Girls Soccer.

TNFC Team Manager Role: The duties of a team manager include managing all club and game related paperwork, serving as a parent liaison to the coach & club, and keeping parents and players informed of club and team details.

TNFC Team Treasurer Role: To create seasonal budgets, communicate and collect team and clubs fees, and manage the team account. The team treasurer and manager should open a separate team bank account using the club’s tax identification number. That form is found here.
