TNFC Manager/Treasurer Handbook
Thank you for taking on the responsibility of managing a team at the Tennessee Futbol Club! Your role as a team manager or treasurer is a vital component in the experience the players and parents have each year. This handbook has been created to help you with your duties as a TNFC team manager or team treasurer. Each section outlines the role of the manager, treasurer, and coach for that particular function. TNFC Team Manager Role: The duties of a team manager include managing all club and game related paperwork, serving as a parent liaison to the coach & club, and keeping parents and players informed of club and team details.
TNFC Team Treasurer Role: To create seasonal budgets, communicate and collect team and clubs fees, and manage the team account. The team treasurer and manager should open a separate team bank account using the club’s tax identification number. That form is found here.
