Coach Role

1. Meet with manager to determine available dates for friendly games
2. Turn on/off field lights

Manager & Treasurer Role

1. Meet with coach to determine dates for friendly games
2. Contact other area club managers to set up friendly matches
3. Schedule fields for dates you are hosting Field Scheduler
   1. You can find directions for the TNFC field hosting application here
   2. Communicate ref fees and host information to opponents when you are hosting sample TNFC host communication
4. Bring player cards and a roster to every game
5. Communicate game times, warm up times, and uniforms
6. If TNFC is hosting the games, a team representative must be at the fields for every game you schedule, including non-TNFC teams
7. Pay referees for your team’s share of fees 2010 Friendly Referee Fees
