TNFC 99 VALKYRIE DEFENDS NORCROSS NIKE CUP CHAMPIONSHIP

TNFC 99 Valkyrie ended its Fall 2011 season by defending its 2010 Norcross Nike Cup Championship over the weekend of December 2-3, 2011. On Saturday they defeated CFC Red Star 99 (from Columbus, GA) 4-0 and United FA 99 Elite (from Cumming, GA) 3-0 – this game was a rematch of the 2010 finals that was won by Valkyrie in PKs. On Sunday they defeated TUSA Gold 99 (from Chapel Hill, NC) 3-1 to advance to the championship game against 99 Norcross Fury Premier (from Norcross, GA). In a hard played game, Valkyrie won 2-0. For the weekend, Valkyrie had 4 wins, 0. losses, scored 12 goals and allowed 1. Congratulations girls and Coach!
